'Everyone has the familiar memory of coming home after school and smelling your favourite dish cooking as soon as you walk into the door. There is something so comforting about knowing you are going to enjoy a delicious home cooked meal before a plate ever touches the table. Ever since then I have been devoted to trying to create that experience for others. From the first ever beef stroganoff I made in my mums Thermomix when I was 11, to the organized chaos of preparing a 3 course meal for my whole family - cooking from the heart has remained as a passion that I aim to share with as many friends and families as possible'

'Despite growing up in an Italian household, I was exposed to many different cuisines that shaped my palate. In fact due to my mums pregnancy cravings I came out of the womb with a particular hunger for Indian food. The menu I offer has greatly reflected these preferences, and you can expect to find a range of different flavour profiles and cuisines across my selection.'
